Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms apply to BioStack (links.elimbi.com), operated by William Mbotta, an individual developer in France. By creating a page you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. One person may claim a username; we may reclaim usernames that impersonate others or infringe trademarks.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to display it on your public page. Do not post links or content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, malware, phishing, spam, or that infringes other people's rights. We may remove such content or suspend accounts without notice.
Free and Pro plans
The free plan is free. Pro costs $5/month, billed by Stripe, and removes the BioStack badge. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. If something went wrong with a payment, email us and we will look at it personally.
Availability
BioStack is provided "as is" by a solo developer. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; we will change the date above. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. These terms are governed by French law.
